Claudia Susi graduated from San Diego State University with a degree in Business Managment and accepted a job right out of college as an escrow assistant. Claudia says, "At the time, I had no idea what escrow meant, but knew I would be successful at anything I put my mind to and so it goes!"
Working in San Diego for 24 years, Claudia has worked through every wave of the real estate market throughout her career which has made her a very patient, dynamic and well-rounded Escrow Officer.
Claudia takes pride in having the opportunity to work with some of the most talented people in the industry and has been honored in opening branches, managing and training employees. She has been a part of solving a wide variety of complex escrow challenges, resolving them in a timely manner that all parties are satisfied with. This is something she really enjoys and takes pride in doing! She works tirelessly to ensure her clients receive the highest quality service which has helped her earn the reputation amongst clients and peers as a true industry expert.
The escrow process is foreign to a lot of people. It can be exciting for the first-time home buyer(s), but may be very emotional for others dealing with a loss or divorce. No matter what the situation, Claudia's goal is to make the clients experience a very warm and personal one.
